Primehealth Properties Trust, LLC is a private real estate trust, formed in Delaware in January 2019. It builds on the success of several private funds that were created by Longleaf Realty Partners, LLC, a private real estate group, formed in June 2006. Primehealth was specifically founded to provide direct access real estate acquisitions for healthcare systems, physicians and practitioners, and alternative providers. By partnering with Primehealth, healthcare providers gain access to a professional and experienced team with a track record of success. It is our goal to be a leader in healthcare real estate, providing comprehensive solutions to our clients and giving back to the communities we serve.

Acquire and Develop Healthcare Real Estate

Primehealth is a trusted real estate partner for healthcare systems, physicians and practitioners, and healthcare groups throughout the South. It is our practice to provide direct access to investment opportunities in healthcare real estate acquisitions for healthcare systems and providers. Our services include development, post-development, sale-leasebacks, build-to-suits, start-ups, expansions, relocations, practice transitions, and joint ventures through real estate partnerships. It is our practice to acquire healthcare properties ranging from $2 million to $5 million; however, we can accommodate larger transactions in the right market. It is unlikely that Primehealth would be the Buyer if the pricing is a 5 cap or less, but we will consider transactions with lease-up risk.
