J. Claude Tindle

Licensed in 1986 as a sophomore at Samford University, Claude began his real estate career in the residential arena. In 1992, Claude entered the commercial real estate business with a large regional firm, where he worked for thirteen years brokering large industrial and office transactions and achieving promotion to Vice President. In 2007, Claude formed Longleaf Realty, a full-service commercial real estate firm, in partnership with local real estate investors. In 2009, Claude acquired all interest in Longleaf. Claude was also the founding President of the Birmingham Commercial Real Estate Council, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Birmingham Association of Realtors (BAR). He has previously served on National Committees as a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), and was the youngest member to serve the Counselors of Real Estate (CRE) in 1999.
